Digital Marketing Manager

Another exciting new role at Causeway, the Digital Marketing Manager will act as the main contact for all digital marketing delivery.  The successful candidate will work closely with external agencies and the Internal Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns.  Making use of the digital marketing mix, particularly SEO and AdWord Campaigns, you will help the company meet ambitious sales targets and increase the size and awareness of the company’s audience.  Using email and analytics technology you will work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop eCRM activity, improving customer life time value and leverage cross sell opportunities.

You will need to have digital marketing experience and will be well versed in the dynamics and challenges of marketing in a highly competitive environment.  More information is available on the attached job description.

Customer Support Consultant –

A great opportunity has arisen for a further Customer Support Consultant to join our Services team, based at our Watford office. The role of Support Consultant provides excellent professional support services to our customers, ensuring that queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, that the customer experience is outstanding, particularly in terms of quality and timeliness.

The successful candidate will have appropriate technical skills and experience of using financial systems. They will also be able to build effective relationships with customers, be a good communicator, have great customer service skills, have a good telephone manner and ideally have experience of working within a support team.

Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our busy Service’s Team. The role of Project Manager will be responsible to act as the primary contact to Causeway customers during the implementation of Causeway solutions across all products.

The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience of managing major projects and will of achieved the Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification. You will need excellent customer focus, be highly accurate with good attention to detail.  Significant technical experience of implementing and/or managing the implementation of systems to third parties is essential along with strategic knowledge and competence in project management and experience in the involvement of securing new business through project management.
