Web Developer

A new opportunity has been created for a Web Developer who will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the existing company websites as well as the building of new sites to fit in with our objectives and campaigns in a fast paced, results driven environment. The role is based in Bourne End and you will be the dedicated Web Developer for the Marketing team, whilst learning from and providing support to our Development team, based in our Farnham office. Key responsibilities will include providing web development services and rapidly responding to web trends, site updates, landing pages and microsite requests.


The successful candidate will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for the web along with a positive attitude and proven expertise in web development. Graphic Designer

This is an exciting new opening within an expanding company working within our Marketing team at Bourne End. You will be a driven, passionate designer with a willingness to engage with and love our brand. You will have responsibility for all company graphics and production support for marketing materials from design through to print or publishing and have the ability to effectively communicate design ideas, to manage multiple projects and proven experience in graphic design and online design. Your portfolio will demonstrate a modern, crisp and professional approach to branding, design and print media and you will have experience of understanding customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Accounts Assistant

An exciting new position has been created for an Account Assistant to join our friendly Finance team. As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the management of the company purchase ledger and payments from the bank, ensuring that the profitability of the business is maximised. To be considered for this position you will need to be AAT qualified or working towards the qualification with previous experience of accounts payables, bank reconciliations and ledgers in a multi-company environment. The successful candidate will also ideally have experience of preparing accounting schedules/journals.

You must be energised and enthusiastic with strong communication and interpersonal skills. It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have an inquisitive problem solving mind with good general administration, planning, organising and time management skills. You will be a team player with a calm nature with the ability to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds always maintaining a professional approach. Customer Service Representative

A great new opportunity has been created for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team based in Watford.    You will be responsible for responding to customer calls to our Customer Support team and delivering a high quality of customer service at all times, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently, effectively and within the departments service level agreements.

Customer Support Consultants (x2)

Causeway has two opportunities for Customer Support Consultants to join the team, providing support services to our customers for our project accounting and financial products, and ensuring that SLA's are met or exceeded at all times. Both positions require exceptional communication and customer service skills to solve issues and proactively work with our customers. Experience in a similar support role and/or relevant environment would be a distinct advantage to your application. Experience of supporting financial or accounting system would also be beneficial, as would a relevant degree (or equivalent), or a professional finance or accounting qualification. Full training on the relevant products will be provided. Debt Collector

We have a new vacancy at our Maidstone office for a Debt Collector, who will be responsible for chasing outstanding debts from customers and meeting with collection targets in order to maintain positive cash flow. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Debt Collection environment and have the ability to assess issues and be assertive with customers as required. Sales Trainer 

An exciting, unique opportunity has arisen for a Sales Trainer to join our team in Maidstone. The role of the Sales Trainer is to provide quality, cost effective sales training services of a high professional standard which makes a demonstrable contribution to the achievement of the company’s strategy and supports improvements in the sales ability and performance the sales staff.   As well as training all new recruits you will be actively involved in the recruitment process; dealing with agencies, holding group assessment days and arranging interviews.  You will have a wealth of experience with training individuals in Internal Sales roles within a call centre environment. Please see the attached job description for further details.

Software Developer

We are looking for a Uniface Developer to join a small team working within our large software Development team. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop software to meet technical specifications and manage change to specification through effective communication and change control process. You will be passionate about quality and accuracy of coding and timescales and have the ability to deliver professional and effective solution development in line with the overall development strategy and vision. If you have extensive experience of the Uniface Programming language and environment, knowledge of database architecture and design, specifically Microsoft SQL Server and experience of successfully building business applications, then we would love to hear from you. Software Test Analyst

We have a vacancy for a  Software Test Analyst to join our busy QA/Release Control Team. Responsible for successful testing, including User Acceptance Testing, fault fix, new feature, regression, automated and ad hoc testing (responsibility includes maintenance and expansion of the Rational Functional Tester automated Test Suite), and supporting all releases and patches to the live customer environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience of functional and/or user acceptance testing with strong base test skills and experience of working through a number of full lifecycle projects. Basic skills in .net or java are essential plus a strong focus on quality and continuous and other relevant competencies and technical skills as detailed in the job description attached.
