Causeway’s Vixensoft solution improves efficiency in accounting for WT Parker

Established in 1922, WT Parker Ltd provides Electrical and Mechanical services together with Network Communications and Automation.

There were two factors under consideration.  Firstly, their current accounting solution wasn’t working as anticipated and wasn’t fulfilling their needs.  Secondly, they also wanted to make the accounting team more efficient by implementing a joined-up system to link the accounting processes to reduce costs and provide a better service to their customers.

Causeway's solution for property maintenance, powered by Vixensoft, provides key functionality for WT Parker by linking their accounting systems including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Nominal Ledger and Payroll through a single route.   For instance, timesheets can be entered into Payroll and will immediately appear as chargeable against a particular job which saves time in data entry and reduces the risk of errors. 

Causeway’s solution also allows WT Parker to tailor their reporting to their own specification and can produce regular reports to allow them to analyse the findings. 

Through analysing what the business wanted to achieve, Causeway recommended specific solutions that needed to be implemented. WT Parker were familiar with Causeway and knew that they were going to get the right level of support and knowledge.
