Team Causeway Supports the Dallaglio Cycle Slam

The Story So Far

Causeway is not only a proud sponsor, but is actively participating in the Dallaglio Cycle Slam taking place in February 2010.

The Cycle Slam, led by rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio, starts in Rome on February 12th and ends at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield stadium a month later, cycling over 2800 km including stops at all of the 6 nations stadia and raising £1million in the process. All funds raised are being split between Sport Relief, Cancer Research, DebRA, Help for Heroes, PRA Benevolent Fund and Leukaemia Research.

Causeway has donated £50,000 towards the cycle slam by sponsoring the event and is looking to match this from friends, family, colleagues, customers, business partners and everyone who wants to support this worthy cause.

Phil Brown, CEO and Peter Nagle, Chairman, will be joining Lawrence for two stages – the first stage from Rome to Nice and joining the riders again for the final stage from Rosslare to Edinburgh.
