Causeway Technologies and NFB announce strategic partnership
Causeway Technologies, a leading supplier of software solutions to the construction industry, has today announced it has signed an agreement to become the Strategic IT Solutions Partner of the National Federation of Builders (NFB). This relationship is set to offer NFB members the opportunity to take advantage of Causeway’s industry leading solutions and services at preferential rates.
The NFB is the construction industry’s longest established trade association which has grown in stature since its origins in the late 19th century, now containing in excess of 1,700 membership companies. This prestigious membership has been achieved by providing top level advice to their members on legal, employment, taxation, health and safety, planning, environmental, technical, training and government funding issues. In a continuous drive to increase membership value, the NFB has recognised the inevitable role that IT is now starting to play within an industry that is undergoing radical change.
Nigel Stubbings, NFB Director of Operations and Memberships explained, “Membership value and customer satisfaction are two subjects that we take extremely seriously. It is our mission to offer maximum value to our members and I believe our strategic relationship with Causeway now offers our membership companies an exciting opportunity to take advantage of some of the industries most advanced software solutions and services.”
Jointly the NFB and Causeway plan to promote the unquestionable benefits that the innovative use of technology can bring to the construction industry. Causeway groups their products under the headings of Financial Management, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Content Management solutions, therefore having an unrivalled breadth of solutions and services which to offer.
Nigel added, “Causeway has a reputation within the industry as perhaps the most innovative supplier of software solutions which is demonstrated by the range of products they are able to offer. With an extensive customer base their solutions are proven, bringing benefits to companies large and small on a daily basis. With this in mind they are the perfect partner for the NFB, and I have no doubt that this relationship will flourish as we continue to work together.”
James Atkinson, Head of Business Development and Marketing at Causeway commented, “We have definitely noticed a marked rise in the use of technology within construction over recent years, which is undoubtedly being driven by a desire to reduce costs and increase efficiency across the board. Our more established products such as Causeway Estimating and Causeway Project Accounting continue to enjoy success; however the industry is now seriously evaluating other solutions such as Content Management, Document Management and Electronic Trading. Our relationship with the NFB provides the perfect platform from which to communicate the benefits of these applications, helping to raise awareness of technology within an important cross section of the industry.”
