Cost and Performance Analysis for Al Futtaim Carillion

Al Futtaim Carillion is using Causeway Project Accounting software for its work on the Al Raha Beach Development in Abu Dhabi. The company is contracted to work on the Al Muneera precinct of the US$14.7 billion, 6.8 million square metre beach-front development.

The Causeway software was chosen to deliver efficient tracking and control of costs throughout the cost reimbursable contract. As a result, both client and contractor have complete visibility of costs and performance analysis.

Developed in conjunction with the construction industry’s largest contractors, Causeway Project Accounting features disciplined business processes, reflecting the industry’s best practice for the integrated capture of cost and value data.

Dubai-based Al Futtaim Carillion is the first contractor to be appointed for the project, which will accommodate 120,000 residents, across eight distinct districts.
