Nominal Ledger

 The account hierarchy structure facilitates segregation of revenue, associated costs and both capital investment and liability in a manner that separate revenue streams (eg., hire, sale & contracting) can either be viewed on their own or consolidated.  A separate departmental hierarchy allows analysis of the above dimensions across an infrastructure of locations such as regions and depots.  The system can be configured to treat separate parts of the business as separate legal entities (eg., separate contracting from hire) whilst maintaining the ease of  operational use by allowing say one invoice to be part analysed to an asset and part to a speculative contract.

Contract Costing Ledger

 The Contract costing module provides an organisational contract hierarchy, a resource based cost and revenue structure and an activity structure that allows interrogation and reporting along several non-conflicting lines. To help manage the performance of contracting activities (where a contract can be a job or plant item) by location, market sector and individual job in a manner that provides useful business steering summary information on the one hand and facilitates intuitive access to sufficient detail at the heart of the matter on the other.

Creditors and Subcontractors

Full control of status of transactions from registration through to payment. Intelligent automatic payment processing and electronic payments to help manage Supplier Credit and payments with full analysis to costing and nominal ledgers.

Debtors and Contract Sales

 In a traditional hire and sales order processing environment there is full credit control of the customer in terms of debt, value of equipment at risk and elapsed hire. In a contracting environment there is full visibility of payment profile against billing which feeds cash flow expectations on the contract.  The module helps manage debt and credit control in both a traditional hire & sales environment, contracting environment (applications for payment) and a combination of both.

Haulage

The Haulage Module helps with the management of “Muck Away” ticketing, tipping tax, outside drivers and chargeable tips.  The module manages relationship between the company, the customer, their sites, the materials and the rules of engagement

Purchase Ordering

Integrated purchase order management from requisitioning through to order placement, grn entry, invoice matching and ultimately supplier and resource spend analysis.  Logical requisition with approval procedure combining visibility of best supplier and their history in a value add step based procedure through to supplier remittance generation.  The payroll is a flexible module that caters for a variety of configuration of it’s statutory and functional requirements. Deals with both timesheet and salaried employees and complies with HMRC electronic submission requirements.

Workshop Stores

Full stock control system that is capable of issuing and costing to contracts (plant items) and activities (maintenance job numbers) to enable the management of parts for a fleet of plant & transport with integration to the maintenance management system so that accurate job costing is achieved from a stock control module capable of all the standard functions such as replenishment, stock-takes and job control
