Vendor Data Health Check

Before adopting a managed service for your vendor data, the Health Check provides you with an early insight into the condition of your current database. The initial Health Check validates your details against over 350,000 records in the Building Register and provides statistics such as the number of companies that have gone bankrupt or which are duplicate entries. Should you wish, a database of these records can be returned, marked up according to the findings of the Health Check. This service is also the first step in adopting any vendor data cleansing or management service.

Electronic Questionnaire

Most companies need to gather detailed information from their vendors on a regular basis, sometimes several times each year. To satisfy this requirement, a detailed Electronic Questionnaire (EQ) has been developed that can be issued to vendors as required. Where vendors have their full details maintained within the Building Register, the EQ can be pre-filled in order to minimise the time spent in checking and completing the questionnaire.
