You'll need to sign in through one.causeway.com instead.

Will I still be able to access the same services?

Yes. The way you sign in is changing, but existing functionality, integrations, data and business processes will continue as normal.

If you're an e-Invoicing user, you'll continue to access services such as invoice submission and PO Flip.

If you're a Supplier Management user, you'll continue to access services such as PQQ submissions and supplier information management.

Will my data be affected?

All of your existing data will remain available once you've signed in through CausewayOne.

Will my username or email address change?

No.

Please use the same email address you currently use to access tradex.causeway.com when setting up your CausewayOne account.

Can I enable Single Sign-on (SSO) or Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for my CausewayOne account?

One of the benefits of moving to CausewayOne is that you'll soon be able to enable Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for your account. We'll let you know when these features are available and provide step-by-step guidance on how to activate them.

For the initial migration, please continue to sign in using the email address you currently use to access e-Invoicing or Supplier Management.

Can I continue using a shared email address?

Yes. If you currently use a shared email address to access e-Invoicing or Supplier Management, you can continue to do so after moving to CausewayOne.

To create your CausewayOne account, you'll need access to the shared mailbox so you can complete the email verification step.

As we introduce additional sign-in options, such as Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), you may wish to review how shared email addresses are used. We'll provide further guidance ahead of these features becoming available, so there's nothing you need to do now.

What if I can't sign in?

Before requesting support, please make sure you're trying to create your CausewayOne account on or after 21st July 2026. The new sign-in process won't be available before this date.

If you're still unable to sign in or experience any issues accessing your CausewayOne account, please follow your usual support process and contact the organisation you submit invoices, complete PQQs or manage supplier information for. They'll be able to raise a Support Ticket with Causeway on your behalf if further assistance is required.

Where can I get help?

You'll find the latest guidance, FAQs and support resources throughout this Information Hub.

If you still need help, please continue to follow your usual support process by contacting the organisation you use e-Invoicing or Supplier Management with. They'll be able to raise a Support Ticket with Causeway on your behalf if further assistance is required.

I'm a Buyer, will Causeway communicate these changes to my supply chain that are still logging in through the portal?

Yes. We'll contact all affected portal users directly and guide them through the transition before the change takes place.

Can I communicate this change to my organisation or supply chain?

Yes. We've created resources to help you communicate the move to CausewayOne within your organisation and across your supply chain. You can share this Information Hub or download our CausewayOne Communications Guide, which provides an overview of the rollout, communications approach and what portal users can expect.

Where can I get support?

If you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager or raise a case through our Support Portal.

Do I need to do anything?

No. Causeway will manage the transition in full, including all communications, guidance and support for affected portal users.

If there are colleagues within your organisation who work with your suppliers or support your e-Invoicing and Supplier Management processes, we recommend making them aware of the upcoming change and the 21st July transition date.

You can also share this Information Hub with relevant colleagues or your wider supply chain to help keep everyone informed.

What is changing?

From 21st July, portal users will no longer sign in through tradex.causeway.com.

Instead, they'll sign in through CausewayOne at one.causeway.com.

The way portal users sign in is changing, but existing functionality, integrations, data and business processes will continue as normal.

Will this affect the way I use e-Invoicing or Supplier Management?

No. This change only affects people who currently sign in through tradex.causeway.com to access Causeway's e-Invoicing and Supplier Management services.

Your existing processes, integrations, data and business processes will continue as normal.

What should I do if someone in my supply chain contacts me with questions?

Causeway will communicate directly with portal users throughout the transition and provide guidance on the new sign-in process.

If someone within your supply chain contacts you with questions, please direct them to this Information Hub, where they'll find the latest guidance and FAQs. If they need further assistance, you can raise a Support Ticket on their behalf as you do today through our Support Portal.

Will my suppliers be able to use Single Sign-on (SSO) or Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) once they've moved to CausewayOne?

One of the benefits of bringing your suppliers onto CausewayOne is that they'll soon be able to enable Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), giving them greater flexibility and additional security when signing in. These features will be introduced shortly after the initial migration, and we'll communicate directly with users when they're available and explain how to activate them.

Can our suppliers continue using shared email addresses?

Yes. Suppliers who currently access e-Invoicing or Supplier Management using a shared email address can continue to do so after moving to CausewayOne.

They'll simply need access to the shared mailbox to complete the email verification step when creating their CausewayOne account.

As we introduce additional sign-in options, such as Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), organisations may wish to review how shared email addresses are used. We'll provide further guidance before these features become available, so no action is required at this stage.

I'm already using CausewayOne. Does this change affect me?

Buyers and some suppliers already access e-Invoicing and Supplier Management through CausewayOne, so you don't need to take any action.

This change only affects people who currently sign in through tradex.causeway.com.

If you or anyone in your organisation currently signs in through tradex.causeway.com, we'll communicate directly with them ahead of the transition and provide everything they need to move to CausewayOne.

Where can I get support?

We'll continue updating this Information Hub throughout the transition with the latest guidance and information.

If you need additional help, please reach out to our Support team using the Support Portal.
