As a key and strategic supplier to IESA Ltd we are informing you that we will require you to submit electronic invoices to us. This page will explain the programme of activities that will support you through the migration process. From 1st April 2016 we will no longer be able to accept any paper invoices. This is an important part of our relationship with you as it will provide a more cost effective, visible and sustainable invoice to payment process.
To get you started, you will be given access to a web-based service that is free to use. Invoices are submitted to us when you key your invoice details into a simple template. There are alternatives to this approach and they are outlined below.
To assist us with our E invoicing initiative we have selected the electronic trading service operated by Causeway, known as Tradex. Tradex operate an e trading platform which has a proven track record in exchanging electronic invoices across supplier communities. Tradex can offer a range of connection options to suit your processes. For example, if you send a high volume of invoice data to us then you can upgrade your Tradex connection to send invoices automatically from your back office software. Once established, your Tradex connection can also be used to send e-Invoices to other customers you may have trading on their platform. Tradex will be able to provide further details about this opportunity.
What do I need to do now?
To activate your free e-Invoicing connection, please click here. You will need your Unique Reference that has been sent to you by letter. Your company details have already been set up within the Tradex Registration system and so, once you complete the activation process, you will be able to start sending invoices electronically.

As soon as you start sending us electronic invoices you must STOP sending paper invoices. If you want to discuss this with a member of the IESA LTD project team, please email Charlotte Myers: [email protected]
