Sheffield-based building, roofing, drainage and maintenance contractor, Burngreave Building Company Ltd, has invested in a new ‘best-in-class’ customer service centre, specifically designed to cater for the planned and reactive maintenance works they handle with Causeway Vixen.

Naseer Khan, Commercial Director of Burngreave Building Company Ltd, comments:

Opened by the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Dr Sylvia Dunkley, the company employs over 100 staff - from site engineers and works planners, to contract mangers and estimators – to help Burngreave cover the whole range of disciplines required to meet the needs of all their clients. The family owned building and maintenance service provider is enjoying stable growth, increasing staffing levels by 15% and turnover of 20%, by winning long term contracts including seven years with South Yorkshire Housing Association, 5 years with Yorkshire Housing Association and an out of hours emergency repair contract with Arches Housing Ltd. As Mr Khan comments:
