Welcome to this 8th issue of our Leaders newsletter. Causeway’s unique knowledge and visibility of the Design, Build, Operate and Maintain phases of the built asset lifecycle brings with it a unique responsibility. A responsibility to ensure that we use our position to add value to our customers’ businesses.

For example, our technology solutions have a key role to play in delivering the benefits of BIM and Integrated Projects. So we are pro-actively engaging with other BIM experts to identify potential obstacles well in advance and develop solutions to overcome them. You can read more about this on page 5. There is also an onus on us to help our customers gain the maximum benefits from their investment in Causeway. And, as you will see on several pages, our customers use our products in many different ways. In restructuring our Customer Service operations (see page 6) we are now better placed to understand customers’ needs and respond appropriately. Beyond the commercial environment, the Causeway Foundation continues to support many deserving causes in the UK and overseas. You can read about the Foundation’s latest project in India on page 3. So please take a few minutes to look through this issue, I am sure you will find it interesting. Phil Brown, Chief Executive Officer, Causeway Technologies.
