Bourne End-based Causeway has been listed in the Thames Valley 250, a multi-billion pound listing of the top private companies in the Thames Valley region, compiled by The Business Magazine. Causeway’s inclusion in this prestigious list follows a record year in 2013.

CEO Phil Brown commented:

“Despite the recent tough economic conditions 2013 was our best year, with a 14% increase in revenues. This was the result of several key initiatives that included the introduction of Agile working, significant investment in R&D and new product launches.
“More important than these, though, is our commitment to get closer to customers, understand their needs and add value to their businesses. We want our customers to be energised by their contact with Causeway and that’s what we are now achieving!”

The Thames Valley 250 is a listing of unquoted companies, ranked by turnover based on the last published accounts. To be included, companies must be UK-owned and have a trading office in the Thames Valley.
