International construction contractor KPS has extended its use of Causeway software solutions with the introduction of Causeway Project Accounting (CPA). CPA will be used to provide cost control, procurement, inventory and commercial management for fit out projects managed from the company’s offices throughout the Middle East.

KPS specialises in interior construction services within the office, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, technology, education and healthcare sectors. It is one of the largest privately owned interior construction companies in the region and has a strong reputation for delivering a quality product, on time, on budget and snag-free.

KPS first teamed up with Causeway in 2013 with the introduction of Estimating software to help improve the accuracy of tenders, win more bids and minimise risk. In implementing the CPA Major Projects Accounting software the company will now be able to integrate the estimating and financial disciplines within the business.

“We evaluated a number of options and recognised that CPA offered the best solution for our requirements,” recalled Chris Watson CEO of KPS. “In addition to this we had the added confidence of already dealing with Causeway and knowing they would provide excellent service and support”.

Causeway Executive Vice President Paul Madeira added:

CPA will help provide KPS with the detailed analysis at project level that enhances overall financial control. Combined with our Estimating solution, KPS will now benefit from an enhanced flow of key information through the business, with considerable time and cost savings.”
