Causeway has been announced as a finalist in the Benefits Excellence Awards 2014, having been selected in two categories: Best Use of Benefits to Drive Business Strategy and Best Wellbeing Strategy. The company joins a host of household names – including Kellogg’s, Samsung, IBM and DHL – in winning through to the finals of these prestigious awards.

The Benefits Excellence Awards programme recognises the continued innovation and success of employee benefits programs and the important role they play within organisations. Causeway’s successful entries relate to the effectiveness of the company’s flexible benefits programme, Causeway Lifestyle, and the enhancements that have been made to it to improve its effectiveness for both employees and the company as a whole.

Having conducted in-depth research into the health and wellbeing issues experienced by its staff, Causeway introduced a raft of improvements and enhancements to Causeway Lifestyle, with a focus on proactive support. These range from a comprehensive wellness programme covering fitness, nutrition, health, lifestyle, resilience and financial wellbeing as well as a range of core and flexible health and wellbeing benefits.

This has resulted in a wide range of business benefits including improvements in employee engagement, the ability to attract and retain high quality employees, customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.

The winners of the Benefits Excellence Awards 2014 will be announced in September.
