For the fourth year running Causeway’s Tradex eTrading hub was named E-Commerce Product of the Year in the Construction Computing Awards 2012 - one of a number of awards won by the company.

Tim Cole, Causeway Executive Vice President for Strategy, commented:

“The real significance of this sustained recognition of Tradex is that the award is decided people who use these services, including readers of Construction Computing. It clearly demonstrates the value that integrated business processed in general, and Tradex in particular, bring to the entire supply chain. So not only are we pleased to win the award again, we are also delighted that we are adding value to so many businesses. The entire Tradex team works hard to understand the requirements of our customers and to deliver a service that we hope will continue to earn their trust and confidence.”

Both buyers and suppliers using Tradex are able to save time, reduce costs and improve process efficiency. Tradex delivers confidence that documents, such as invoices and orders have been received and imported for processing in real time -cutting out manual handling and re-keying of data. At the same time, this improves shared confidence and visibility, reducing queries and payment delays. Tradex also provides a shared platform for innovative process improvements built collaboratively between customers and suppliers. Companies already taking advantage of these benefits include Aggregate Industries and Interserve. Find out more about Causeway Tradex.
