In integrating the recently acquired Enterprise Plc into its operations, Amey has selected the Causeway Tradex e-Invoicing solution for receipt of supplier invoices, with integration to the company’s SAP system.

Amey acquired Enterprise Plc in 2013 and has been working to integrate back office systems across the two companies. The company therefore decided to take advantage of the benefits of e-Trading as well.

Tradex was selected following an extensive evaluation of the options available and was found to meet Amey’s key criteria. An important factor in this decision was that 70% of the invoices received by Amey were from companies already using Tradex. In addition, Causeway has a proven track record of integrating Tradex with SAP systems. This will enable Tradex to match invoices against details imported from Amey’s SAP system.

Causeway is now working closely with Amey to engage with suppliers that are not yet using Tradex to facilitate a smooth roll-out across the supply chain.
