1 - Tradex Hub Connect: If you are already connected to another e-Invoicing provider, you could look at routing your invoices through Tradex using your existing connection, a bit like forwarding a call. There will be no subscription fees to pay to Causeway for this interconnection, though there may be a setup charge if integration work is required and your provider may request an additional charge per transaction.
2 - Tradex Portal: This is a simple web-hosted access to Tradex that allows you to enter your invoice details using an online form. Tradex Portal is not integrated with your finance back office applications (see option 5 below) but is ideal for companies who only exchange a low number of documents. Tradex Portal is a free service for sending and receiving documents. This allows companies to start exchanging invoices electronically immediately and without start-up costs.
3 - Tradex Automated: Using an integrated connection, invoices are exported and validated directly from your back office application(s) and uploaded into Tradex for Sir Robert McAlpine to improve matching. This option comes with enhanced reporting and visibility. Providing a system-generated PDF is a supported upload method. There is a set-up and annual subscription charge for a connection, however this is tailored to your expected transaction volume and can be re-used with other customers on Tradex.
Please register your interest for your preferred connection method.
