The Causeway Foundation was established in 2011, primarily to support and relieve the needs of disadvantaged and exceptionally talented young people. Through funding, event organisation and use of our expertise, we strive to help them develop their skills, capacities and capabilities, to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
We are primarily supported by funding and expertise from Causeway Technologies, which donates 5% of all profits to the Foundation, though we are always grateful for any further support from the wider community.
More than Money
Though financial support makes up a large part of our charitable work, the Causeway Foundation is about much more than distributing funding. We organise events, provide equipment and offer our expertise and services, to help out wherever we can. The people and organisations that have benefited from the Causeway Foundation include:
- The Royal Institution of Great Britain
- Yorke Dance Project
- Marie Curie Cancer Care
- Antara Artists Collective
- Infant Jesus Health Centre, Bangalore
- Dallaglio Flintoff Cycle Slam
- Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation
- Whizz Kidz
- Wye Valley School
- Trampolinist Laura Gallagher
- Disabled fashion stylist Tess Daly
- Byte Night
