We're looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to manage and mentor the Causeway Business Development team who are targeted to generate qualified leads on behalf of each of our Business Units. We'll need you to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly call levels targets and quality are achieved, and to lead by example by achieving personal sales lead targets within the top tier target prospects. You will also ensure correct use of the corporate CRM system with the Business Development team and to generate / present performance reports for company sales meetings. You'll work closely with the Business Unit Leaders and the Marketing team to ensure that all business development activity is aligned to marketing campaigns and sales needs. You are our driving force in managing the initial contact with our potential clients.
