Flintshire County Council has selected Causeway Alloy, our advanced operational asset management system, to replace its legacy Mayrise platform. This deployment will transform how the council manages its highways, drainage, lighting, waste and grounds services - improving operational efficiency, enhancing asset visibility, and supporting smarter, data-driven decision-making.

The five-year contract will be delivered in two phases: highways, drainage and street lighting will go live first, followed by waste and grounds in autumn 2025.

Flintshire County Council selected Causeway Alloy for several reasons:

Asset visibility and operational efficiency
  • Clearer visibility of assets and their condition
  • Smarter workload management via job scheduling and our mobile tool.
  • Reduced downtime through streamlined operations
Integrated systems and smarter decisions
  • Real-time data sharing via APIs (e.g. Power BI, InPhase)
  • Centralised GIS maps (WMS/WFS) and live dashboards
  • Improved data accuracy and regulatory compliance
Customer experience and resource management
  • Faster response through automated enquiry handling and CRM integration
  • More efficient use of resources through a single platform

We’re proud to be working alongside Flintshire County Council on this important transformation. Causeway Alloy will play a key role in modernising how services are delivered across the county, and we look forward to supporting the Council as they drive efficiency, visibility, and better outcomes for their communities.
