Phil founded Causeway in the spring of 1999, with a vision to create a business that would become a leading IT solution and services provider to the Construction Industry.
Under Phil's direction, Causeway has grown to become one of the top three providers in the UK. This performance earned Phil a place amongst the 40 (people) under 40 tipped by Building Magazine to lead the Construction Industry into the Millennium.
Phil leads the business and is responsible for the strategic direction of Causeway.

Peter brings to the board considerable experience having managed businesses operating in the software market for over 20 years.
Having spent 3 years at the European CEO of SVI Holdings, a US listed software business, Peter was appointed as Chairman of Integrity Software Limited during which he oversaw the company's disposal as part of an MBO in the summer of 2005.
Peter brings to Causeway a natural flair for business and a proven ability to successfully implement growth strategies. He is responsible for all Corporate matters at Causeway. |

|
Mark is a chartered accountant, having qualified in 1992 following his BSc (Management) degree at Trinity College, Dublin.
Mark worked with Deloitte & Touche before taking up the position of Financial Director and Managing Director at Premier Computer Group, which was acquired by Integrity Software in 1999. Mark subsequently became Financial Director of Integrity and then led an MBO to become Chief Executive Officer.
Mark joined Causeway as Group Finance Director in January 2009. His commercial experience in the IT sector and his extensive corporate experience in acquisitions and mergers is key to helping develop the Group in the future. |

| Paul Madeira |

|
Paul has over 20 years' experience in the software industry, having worked in various senior director roles within Operations, Sales and Marketing, through working for global US listed companies such as OpenText and Hummingbird.
Paul’s knowledge and experience of selling enterprise applications has helped Causeway further develop the sales penetration of software solutions to support the complete life cycle of the built environment.
Having joined Causeway in September 2007, Paul relocated with his family to Dubai to lead Causeway’s continued development in the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. Here he helps Developers, Contractors and Consultants with their overall IT and Cost and Programme Management strategies.
Paul is also a published authority on the emerging and important use of BIM within the region. |

| James Atkinson |

With over 16 years experience supplying enterprise and project-based IT solutions to the construction industry, James has has been instrumental in providing solutions to some of the world's most prestigious projects.
James moved into the IT sector, after studying Construction Management. Here, he combined his industry knowledge with his business development, sales and marketing skills, to take a number of senior roles within the company.
Sales Director for Causeway from 2009 - 2011, James has now been appointed to head the sales and marketing division for Causeway globally. |

| David Bell |

|
A qualified building services and environmental engineer, David’s experience includes design, estimating and project management of a variety of construction projects.
His experience includes running a market leading specialist construction software company, which he grew and sold on in 2007, having grown shareholders investments more than twenty fold.
Having moved on to assist Integrated FM Ltd. (IFM) with management consultancy, David joined Causeway in 2010, when the company expanded to include IFM. |

Described by Construction News and Construction Manager as "the construction industry's e-Envoy", Tim has worked over the last 10 years to bring the benefits of e-business to the construction industry.
Having worked as the Community Manager for CITE (Construction Industry Trading Electronically) since its formation in 1995, Tim authored the book Electronic Communication In Construction - Achieving Commercial Advantage, published in 2000.
Tim joined Causeway in 2000, to support the practical delivery of e-business solutions to the industry. This culminated in the launch of Tradex, which is now acknowledged as the UK's leading e-hub. Tim now leads the core strategy initiatives at Causeway. |

| Dave Gilchrist |

|
Dave started his career working for Yellow Pages and Thomson Directories, ultimately becoming Sales and Marketing Director for Thomson Business Development.
Following a short spell as Sales Director at Royal Mail Publishing, Dave founded the National CBC Register publishing the Construction Guide - a 'Yellow Pages' for the industry - in 1997, with a circulation of 34,000 copies.
Dave joined Causeway in 2001, when the company acquired the CBC Register. He now leads buildingregister.com, Causeway's online supply chain database of 350,000 contractors and suppliers.

| Fiona Buchanan |

|
Since studying Strategic Human Resource Management, Fiona's career in HR has mainly been within the Financial Services sector and Automotive industry.
Having been HR Director for Fiat Auto Financial Services Ltd, Fiona was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2007, before joining Causeway in 2008 as Group Human Resources Director.
Responsible for HR management and employees across all locations, Fiona intends to help Causeway become an employer of choice and build our competitive advantage, through high performing and motivated staff, committed to our vision and goals. |

| Hywel Evans |

|
Trained at renowned IT sector law firm, Bird & Bird, Hywel qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He then spent 18 months working in the IT & Commercial department at Clyde & Co (London), before returning to Wales.
Based in Cardiff, Hywel spent almost 4 years with leading Welsh firm, Hugh James, specialising in IT and commercial contracts, acting for both suppliers and customers in the private and public sector. After acting as Causeway’s external solicitor for 6 months, Hywel joined the company full time in January 2010, as Head of Legal and Company Secretary. |

| Lynne Roberts |

|
Lynne learnt her trade as a software developer at Radius, before moving to Mytec to design and write accounting and costing systems, as a senior analyst programmer.
Brought to Ibis by Phil Brown and Peter Nagle, Lynne created and ran the Bespoke Software department, designing, writing and supporting solutions for the construction industry.
Since then, she has been both Operations Director and Development Director at Integrity Software, before moving to Causeway in 2008, to centralise overall control of IT and Business Systems.

| Wayne Rogers |

Wayne has nearly 30 years’ experience within software development, working his way from Trainee Programmer, via Software Director, to Managing Director of Vixen Software Solutions.
Following the acquisition of Vixensoft by Causeway, Wayne took on the role of Development Director and continues to build his development team with a strong technical and industry focus.
Although Wayne’s background is mainly technical, he has also been involved with both senior management and customers for the last 10 years, bridging the gap between these three distinct areas. |

Having worked at Infor Global Solutions, SSA Global Technologies and Computer Associates, Rob has been involved with a whole range of Support Operations, from small disparate teams to those based across Europe.
Passionate about delivering a high standard of service, Rob has a proven track record in making significant improvements in customer satisfaction, driving team performance and maintaining customer loyalty.
He joined Causeway in July 2010, to lead the Causeway Support and Maintenance teams in improving the customer service experience, helping drive Causeway forward to achieve the best levels of customer satisfaction. |
