With CATO’s QuickEst module already integrated with the BCIS Online service, this new facility further expands subscription access to the complete range of RICS datasets including civils, small and large projects, alterations and refurbishment, maintenance and dilapidations, offering the ability to easily adjust the associated rate detail to reflect the work being priced.
RICS continues to provide the benchmark for cost and pricing data. Updated fortnightly, this widely recognised independent data source brings direct and dynamic access to the online version of the BCIS Price Books.
