Alan Johnston Partnership are a well-established consultancy who have completed major projects across healthcare, education, residential and commercial sectors. Prior to implementing Causeway’s design solution, the practice worked predominantly on structural projects and were looking to scale up the civils side of the business. After securing a large healthcare project which required substantial drainage and cut and fill the practice Alan Johnson Partnership spoke with Causeway to understand how the design solutions could be implemented to allow them to efficiently increase their civils operations. Kenny O’Brien, Partner at Alan Johnston Partnership said, “the key benefit of implementation of PDS in the office is being able to get through a much larger volume of work a lot quicker the we used to. With Causeway, editing the vertical and horizontal alignment can be done in a matter of hours as opposed to a matter of days.”
Like most consultancies Alan Johnston Partnerships key priority is client retention. This is achieved through maintaining good client relationships not only by delivering projects on time and on budget but going above and beyond to provide the optimal most cost-effective solution. Kenny added, "The designs were really economical, we saved clients a lot of money and from that we started to identify that [civil] side of the market.”
